Prerequisite for OSP license documents required:
While applying for the Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005, copies of registration certificates under various other Acts need to be annexed with the OSP license application form.

To maintain the OSP registration compliance, an OSP must submit an “Annual Return” to the DoT within 6 months after completion of a given financial year. The Return should mention the present status and the activities of the OSP.

The Registration of OSPs is done by the respective Telecom Enforcement, Resource and Monitoring (TERM) Cells (formerly known as VTM Cells) under the Department of Telecom (DoT), having jurisdiction in the location of the OSP/Telemarketing Centre.
